Where requested, support investment or project advisory discussions.

Processing is based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, specifically the negotiation and pre-contractual discussion of a request initiated by the data subject, and our legitimate interest as a business.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties, except with our email delivery service provider (Resend), which supports the technical infrastructure of our contact form, or where required by law. Any sharing with service providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service and is subject to confidentiality obligations.

Your personal data may also be shared with competent courts, enforcement offices, or public authorities, limited strictly to the information requested, upon a valid court order or a duly authorized request from a competent administrative or judicial body.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, subject to any statutory retention periods. After this period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

Request information about such processing,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
Request that any corrections or deletions be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred,
Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Submit a Request

To exercise the rights described above, you may send your request to contact@landlorddev.com. Requests are concluded free of charge, as quickly as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Adana, Turkiye, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy.
